The Recruitment policy will be enforced by the Recruitment Officer.

Ten fighters max per state/province unless otherwise approved by the Recruitment

Officer.  This will be based on the highest ranking member in that state.

Three non-coms max per state/province unless otherwise approved by the Recruitment
Officer. They may be recruited at any time, regardless of the highest rank in the state.

If the highest ranking member in the state is an Adept – fighter, they may recruit

a partner and begin advancing toward Disciple rank together. They may also recruit up to three non-com members. (1-5 members)

If the highest ranking member in the state is an Adept – non-com, they may recruit up to two fighters and/or two more non-coms. (1-5 members)

If the highest ranking member in the state is a Disciple, they may recruit a partner and up to four more fighters. They may also recruit up to three non-com

members.  (1-9 members)

If the highest ranking member in the state is a Neophyte, they may recruit up to six fighters and/or two more non-coms. (1-9 members)

If the highest ranking member in the state is a Master, they may recruit a partner and up to eight more fighters.  They may also recruit up to three non-com members. (1-13 members)

If the highest ranking member in the state is a Sage, they may recruit up to ten fighters and/or two more non-coms. (1-13 members)

The highest ranking member in the state is in charge of that state and should report any questions, comments or concerns to the Grand Master and Grand Sage.  If two members of equal rank (i.e. two Masters, two Adepts, one Neophyte & one Disciple, etc.) are in one state, duties should be shared equally or a leader should be chosen to handle the responsibilities.  If a higher ranking member moves into a state, the rules for that rank will apply and the highest ranking member should take charge.  This person will handle anything the Grand Sage or Grand Master requests of them.

Recruitment must happen at events where a member of Disciple/Neophyte rank or higher is present.  The Recruitment Office must be consulted before any offer to join the unit is made.  No person may be added to the Unit Forum or private Facebook group without approval of the Grand Sage/Grand Master/Recruitment Officer.

This will be an open recruitment policy provided that space is available in each state/province.  If anyone shows interest in joining the unit or requests to join, the Recruitment Officer should be informed.

All recruitment is subject to change at the discretion of the Grand Master, Grand Sage and Recruitment Officer.  The Recruitment Officer will be appointed by the Grand Sage and Grand Master.  This person can be any rank and live in any state/province.

Until further notice, we are not recruiting any new members.
